After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant, on the instructions of Mr.Izhar Alam, Director of the appellant-company tenders an apology for filing the present appeal and wishes to unconditionally withdraw the same.

Keeping in view the age of the Director of the appellant-company, the unconditional apology is accepted and the appeal is permitted to be withdrawn unconditionally. However, he is directed to be more careful in future.

Accordingly, the present appeal along with the applications is dismissed.
