The accused/applicant seeks interim bail in case FIR No. 20/2026 of PS Bhalaswa Dairy for offence under Section 21/25/29 NDPS Act. 2.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this interim bail application with liberty to file afresh at the time of accused/applicant's delivery, or earlier in case of any complication in pregnancy of the accused/applicant. 3.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. Accompanying application also stands disposed of. 4.
