1. The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- "a) Issue a writ mandamus or any other suitable writ, order or direction directing the respondents to conduct inspection and consider the representation dated 20.12.2024 of petitioner institution for M.ED course for academic session 2025-2026.

b) Pass any other order (s) / directions as this Hon 'ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the application dated 20.12.2024 filed previously by the petitioner, which is pending before the respondents, has not been decided yet.

3. Issue notice. Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice. He does not dispute the fact that the application of the petitioner is still pending for consideration.

4. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to decide the pending application dated 20.12.2024 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. It is further directed that the respondents shall follow due process including conducting of inspection of the petitionerInstitution for M.Ed. Course from academic session 2025-06.

5. It is open for the respondents to call for any information, if necessary, in deciding the request of the petitioner-institution.

6. Needless to state, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner, and therefore, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed by the respondents, it will be open for the petitioner to seek legal recourse as permissible in law.

7. No further relief is prayed for, at this stage.

8. In view of the above, the present writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
