W.P. (C) No.221/2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking directions to reinstate and re-engage the petitioners. The petitioner also seeks directions to respondent Nos.1 & 2 to pay salary and other allowances to the petitioners w.e.f. 01.07.2015.

Mr. Jai Subhash Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file separate petitions on behalf of petitioners.
