% 04.04.2018 It is stated that vide statement dated 7.10.2017 under Section 161 of the Learned counsel for the respondent. PC, Praveen, son of Bhagwan Das has been put forth by one of the eye witnesses and the photocopy of the same has been placed on record. The only role attributed against the applicant in the instant case is that the two other co-accused who were in custody have also been released on bail. Charge-sheet has also been filed. The appellant is 22 years of age.

In the circumstances, he is allowed to be released on bail on furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the trial court, with the direction that he shall not leave the country without permission of this court and shall not contact with any of the witnesses, in any manner, whatsoever.
