1. The present petition has been filed seeking extension of mandate before the learned Arbitrator.

2. Both the learned counsels for the parties submits that the proceedings have already been completed before the learned Arbitrator.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the award has also been made and it is only to be published.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that though he has no objection to the extension of the mandate but he is not aware about of any proceedings being conducted on 04.12.2023 before the learned The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
