The present petition is taken up on Office Note wherein it is pointed out that in para Nos.10. 12 and 15 of order dated 18th September, 2024, the case numbers, i.e. Crl.M.C. 1729/2023 and Crl.M.C. 6691/2022 have wrongly been mentioned as Crl.M.C. 1729/2024 and Crl.M.C. 6691/2024, respectively.

After going through the order dated 18th September, 2024, the said mistake is rectified and the case numbers, i.e. Crl.M.C. 1729/2024 and Crl.M.C. 6691/2024, mentioned in para Nos.10, 12 and 15 of the said order shall be read as Crl.M.C. 1729/2023 and Crl.M.C. 6691/2022, respectively. 3.

Since the petition has already been disposed of vide order dated 18th September, 2024, therefore, no further order is required to be passed.
