Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.') (old Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, directing declaring the detention and arrest of the Petitioner as illegal and unconstitutional. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition as the Petitioner has been granted Regular Bail by the Courts as Pune.
