This is a joint application filed on behalf of the parties to record the compromise on the basis of the Settlement Agreement dated 27th November, 2025 ('Settlement Agreement') arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.
The Settlement Agreement, which bears the signatures of the parties/authorized representative of the parties, has been placed on record. The parties are physically present in Court and affirm their signatures on the Settlement Agreement as well as the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

I have perused the terms of the Settlement Agreement and do not find anything unlawful therein.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

In terms of the Settlement Agreement, the defendant no.1 has paid a sum of Rs.12,50,000/- by way of demand drafts dated 5th December, 2025 to each of the plaintiffs. The photocopies of the demand drafts have been taken on record.

In view of the order passed in I.A. 30657/2025, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. The application as well as the Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree. 8.
A decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.

The suit along with all pending applications stands disposed of. 10.
Since the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediation Centre, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of the entire Court Fees in favour of the plaintiffs, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870, read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
