The present petition under Section 24 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: - "In view of the facts & circumstances disclosed hereinabove, the petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to direct the transfer the Judicial Records of Suit No. TM 939/2017 & connected suit No. TM 937/2017 from the Court of DJ-15 (Central), THC to the Ld. Judicial Officer presiding over as DJ (Comm Court)-09 (Central), THC so that the suits can be disposed of expeditiously in a time bound manner. Such other further orders, as may be deemed fit & proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case, may also be passed." 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with a prayer for expeditious disposal of subject proceedings pending before the learned Trial Court.
