Section 13 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015, against Order dated 13.02.2026 in I.A. No. 4116 of 2026 in CS (COMM) No. 143 of 2026. 4.

Both the parties agree that the matter, at this stage, can be heard by the learned Single Judge.

A reply may be filed by the appellant before the learned Single Judge within a period of three days from today. A copy of the same shall be supplied to the opposite side.

Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within a period of one week thereafter before the learned Single Judge.

The parties shall appear before the learned Single Judge on the next date of hearing, i.e., on 23.03.2026.

The learned Single Judge shall hear the stay/vacation application expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment. 9.
