The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.0560/2018, under Sections 324/506/34 of the IPC registered with PS New Ashok Nagar and all consequential proceedings, be quashed. 3.
The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 is present in the court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. He states that he has no grievances against the petitioners and prays that the FIR in question be quashed. He states that the FIR was lodged in
view of the altercation that had taken place between the petitioners. He confirms that the parties have since resolved their disputes and has no further grievances against them. The petitioners are also present in the Court and state that they have no grievances against the respondent and confirm that all differences and disputes have been resolved. 4.
The petitioners and respondent no.2 are neighbours and the present petition relates to an incident of altercation that had taken place between them.

Considering the statements made by the concerned parties, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition. Accordingly, FIR No.0560/2018, under Sections 324/506/34 of the IPC registered with PS New Ashok Nagar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 6.
