The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that in view of the Compromise Deed dated 26.07.2024 having been executed between the plaintiff and the defendant nos.1 and 2, no claim survives against the defendant nos.3 and 4, therefore, they be deleted from the array of the parties.

Accordingly, the defendant nos.3 and 4 are deleted from the array of the parties. Let an Amended Memo of Parties be filed within a period of one week from today.

The parties have entered into an amicable settlement and have executed a Compromise Deed dated 26.07.2024 (exhibited as Ex.P-2), recording the terms thereof.

The parties, that is, the plaintiff and the defendant nos.1 and 2 appear virtually before this Court.
