% 28.01.2019 CM APPL. No. 4078/2019 (for exemption) Allowed, subject to just exceptions.

Application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) No. 902/2019 The petitioner Smt. Kaushlya Devi is aggrieved by order dated 07.05.2013 made by respondent No. 1/Chief Information Commissioner in a matter where information was sought under the Right to Information Act, 2005 by one Shri Anil Mehta.

Upon being queried, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the said Shri Anil Mehta is the petitioner's son; and since the son lives abroad, the mother has filed the present petition in her own name. A perusal of the petition and documents shows that Shri Anil Mehta had made an application seeking information under the Right to Information

Act, 2005; the order impugned is in an appeal filed by Shri Anil Mehta. In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file a properly drawn-up petition in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of, giving liberty as aforesaid.
