% 17.05.2018 1.

These appeals are disposed of with the consent order that the appellant/defendant is given exactly two opportunities each in each of the suits to complete the appellant's/defendant's evidence, failing which the evidence of the appellant/defendant would be deemed to be closed. 2.

The impugned judgments dated 22.9.2017 are therefore set aside and the trial court will now decide the issues afresh in accordance with

law after appellant/defendant leads his evidence. 3.

Parties to appear before the District & Sessions Judge, South West District, Dwarka Courts, Delhi on 5th June, 2018 and the District & Sessions Judge will mark the suits for disposal to a competent court in accordance with law.
