% 01.09.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) CM APPL. 17849/2020 (filed by petitioners to withdraw the petition) Both the petitioners and the Advocate appearing along with them submit that under the compromise/settlement arrived at, the petitioners have vacated and handed over the peaceful vacant possession of the premises subject matter of the revision to the respondent. Respondent appearing in person along with Mr. Singh, Advocate, concedes to the foregoing factual conspectus and submits that nothing remains to be agitated by either of the parties.
