This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant/accused-Aniket Jha @ Harsh in case FIR No. 307/2021 under Sections 302/395/396/120B/34 IPC registered at P.S.Hazarat Nizamuddin. 2.

After part submissions, Mr. Pritish Sabharwal, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with liberty to press the same at an appropriate stage. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since last about 4 years but the charges are yet not finalized. 3.

The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record and the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in accordance with law.
