The Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to set aside the decision of the Respondents denying the Petitioner to participate in the Asian Para Games held at Hangzhou, China in October, 2023, as being illegal and arbitrary.

In view of the fact that the games in question have already been conducted, this Court is of the opinion that the issue raised in this petition has become more or less academic.
