The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondent to rectify the date of birth of the petitioner's daughter from 20.09.2000 to 20.09.2001. It is seen that the petitioner has not produced any of the documents on the basis of which he had obtained the passport. The petitioner has also not produced any hospital records indicating the birth of the child in question. There are also no averments as to the details regarding how and from which authority, the petitioner had obtained the necessary documents on the basis of which the passport was made.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks time to obtain the necessary documents.

This Court does not consider it necessary to keep the present petition pending. 3.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive petition along with all the necessary documents.
