% 14.01.2020 Learned ASJ has raised an objection to the present petition by submitting that the writ petition and the SLP is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court on the same issue, therefore, the present petition is not maintainable.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and if so advised, he may raise the issue, as raised in the present petition, before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
