% 15.07.2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:

"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon‟ble Court may very graciously be pleased to:

i.

Issue an appropriate Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to make arrangements for the proper water supply and make arrangement of the public toilets to the residents of the Block A, B and C of Sector - 15, JJ Colony, Dwarka, New Delhi.

ii.

Issue an appropriate Writ directing the respondent no.3 to initiate inquiry in the improvement work done by contractor in pipeline of the Block A, B and C of Sector -15, JJ Colony, Dwarka, New Delhi.

iii.

Pass such other or further order / orders which this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Without going into the disputed aspects, I take on record the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for respondent / SDMC on instructions from Mr. Satpal, Chief Electrical Inspector that the facilities as reflected at Page 4 of the status report as reflected above shall continue to be maintained. It is made clear that any violation of this submission shall be viewed seriously. The learned counsel for the petitioner states, nothing further survives in the present petition and the same be treated as closed. It is ordered accordingly.
