By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of 10 days on the ground of marriage of his brother. The factum of marriage of brother of the petitioner has been verified by the State and State has no objection of parole of the petitioner. 2.

I have perused the nominal roll and status report which shows that marriage of the brother of the petitioner is fixed for 26.1.2020. 3.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case,

petitioner is admitted to parole for a period of 10 days, from the date of his release, on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendant.

Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Authorities for compliance. The petition stands disposed of.
