Mr. Sanjeev Sagar, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that petitioner is agreeable to make payment of Rs.1.75 lacs towards full and final settlement of all the dues. 2.
Learned counsel for respondent, on instructions, submits that if the abovesaid amount of Rs.1.75 lacs is paid to the respondent i.e. plaintiff before the learned Trial Court on the date fixed i.e. 12.09.2025 or prior thereto, the suit in question would be withdrawn unconditionally, as fully satisfied. 3.
Learned counsel for respondent/plaintiff, in all fairness, also submits that on such payment, the plaintiff would even withdraw his execution petition, as satisfied.

Such statements are taken on record.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as settled. 7.
The parties would remain bound by the respective statements and, consequently, on payment of Rs.1.75 lacs to the plaintiff on 12.09.2025 before the learned Trial Court, the plaintiff would withdraw his suit and the corresponding Execution Petition.
