% 26.02.2020 This petition seeks payment of arrears as due under the recommendations of the 6th Pay Commission, as well as retiral benefits. The petitioner superannuated on 31.05.2018. Her arrears of pay have been pending for many years and retiral benefits for about 2 years. The learned counsel for the school/management submits that 50% of the arrears have been paid. However, large amounts remain to be paid to them.

As per the school/management, Rs.3,89,024 remains to be paid to the petitioner.

The amount is accepted by the petitioner for the moment without prejudice to her rights and contentions, till the final amount is computed by KUMAR 17:42:34

the Department of Education. Should a larger amount be computed by the Department of Education, the same shall be paid by the management within four weeks of intimation of such computation. The Department of Education shall compute the monies payable to the petitioner and communicate it to the parties on or before 05.04.2020. The aforesaid amount shall be paid by the management in two equal installments alongwith interest @ 9% p.a. The first installment shall be paid by 10.04.2020.
