In view of the above, interim order dated 16.01.2018 is confirmed, subject to it being modified / vacated / varied by the Arbitrator to be appointed in accordance with the Arbitration Agreement. The petitioner shall take steps to appoint an Arbitrator within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the interim order would automatically stand vacated. The respondents shall be at liberty to seek modification / vacation / variation of this order before the Arbitrator so appointed by moving an appropriate application under Section 17 of the Act.
