% 27.04.2026 Further to what was recorded in order dated 20.04.2026, Mr. Sanjay Lao, learned Standing counsel appearing for the State has handed-up a copy of Status Report dated 24.04.2026 in court today. The same is taken on record.

Mr. Lao submits, that they have verified the medical records of the child; and it is found that the petitioner's child is in a bad medical condition, and is stated to be on ventilator support.

In view of the above, the petitioner is granted parole for a period of 04 weeks from today on the same conditions as were imposed vidé order dated 20.04.2026.

The Registry is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the concerned Jail Superintendent forthwith.

The petition is disposed-of in the above terms. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
