Vide the present petition, the workman seeks a direction to the respondent nos.1 and 2 to decide his pending complaint filed under Section2(ra) of the Industrial Disputes Act (hereinafter referred to as the 'I.D. Act') on 01.05.2014 and to take expeditious steps for implementation of the award dated 19.09.2019. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner's application under Section 33(C)(2) of the I.D. Act for the period 01.07.2010 onwards is already pending adjudication before the Labour Court, she has instructions to press only the prayer for directions to the respondents to decide his pending

complaint dated 01.05.2014.

Issue notice. Mr.Sanjoy Ghose, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2 and Mr.Ibad Mushtaq, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent no.3.

Mr.Ghose, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 assures the Court that the petitioner's aforesaid complaint, if not already decided, will be positively decided by them within a period of four months from today by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.

In view of the assurance given by the learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2, no further orders are called for in the writ petition.
