% 21.11.2017 Petitioner approached this Court, in effect, to have allotment of a flat. Respondent-DDA in its affidavit dated 30.3.2017 supplemented with affidavit dated 17.11.2017 has now submitted that a flat bearing no. 3A/201A, Block-3, 2nd floor, North Zone, Motia Khan has been allotted to the petitioner vide demand letter dated 8.11.2017. Para 2 of the affidavit dated 17.11.2017 is, as follows : "That it is humbly submitted that the flat bearing no. 3A/201A, Block-3, 2nd Floor, North Zone, Motia Khan has been allotted to Yashoda Murmu vide Demand letter date 08.11.2017.

The balance amount of only Rs.34,902 is also demanded from him as balance amount.

The Demand Letter has already been sent to the Petitioner."

In view of the foregoing, nothing further survives in the petition.

Petition is therefore, disposed off in terms thereof. Interim order dated 2.9.2014 stands vacated and the respondent no.2 is at liberty to approach the respondent-DDA to have allotment of a flat, to which, respondent no.2 may be entitled to. Petition and the pending applications stand disposed off accordingly.
