Mr. Anupam Srivastava, learned ASC appearing for GNCTD, on the instructions of the SDM Kapashera, submits that the Revenue Authorities have no objection in the petitioners raising a boundary wall on the subject property, however, only to the extent of 5 feet height and coupled with the fact that the petitioners should not carve out any plots on the said land.

Mr. Srivastava, learned ASC also submits that so far as the Police Authorities are concerned, unless there is a law and order situation, there would be no interference on their part. 3.

Mr. Rajbir Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, undertakes that the petitioners would only construct the boundary wall and not carve out any plots etc., on the said plot of land or carry out any constructions except in accordance with law. 4.

counsel for the petitioners, binding the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioners to construct the boundary wall, subject to the aforesaid condition.

Each of the petitioners shall submit an affidavit to the aforesaid fact with the SDM, within one week from today. 6.

In view of the aforesaid directions, the petition along with pending application is disposed of.

The date already fixed before the Registrar i.e., 22.07.2024 stands cancelled.
