Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that since the subject matter of challenge in the Petition was a Master Circular No.14/2015-16 dated 01.07.2015, which has since been superseded by subsequent regulations issued in 2015, he wishes to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file a fresh challenge in accordance in law at a later date, should the circumstances warrant such an action.

The Petitioners are permitted to withdraw the present Petition with liberty as prayed for albeit in accordance with law. 3.
The Petition and all pending Applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
