% 28.01.2019 CM APPLs 4062/2019 (exemption) Exemption is allowed, subject to all just exception. The application stands disposed of.
W.P.(C) 894/2019 The petitioner had approached this Court earlier by filing a writ petition being W.P. (C) 14026/2018. We had directed the petitioner to approach the respondent by making a representation, if so advised, at the first instance, Mr. Kashyap, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent, but no response has been received, which has forced him to file the present writ petition. Mr. Mananjay Mishra, counsel for the NDMC submits that the present petition is premature as the representation has been received only on 03.01.2019 and the same would be decided within two weeks from today. We find force in the submission made by counsel for the respondent that
the present writ petition is premature as the petitioner has not allowed reasonable time to the respondent to consider his representation. However, since the respondent has made a statement that the representation would be decided within two weeks, we dispose of the present writ petition alongwith CM APPL 4061/2019 binding the respondent to the stand taken in Court today. Dasti.
