% 17.01.2020 This is a petition filed by the petitioner for summoning of an official of the EIH Ltd., 7 Sham Nath Marg, Delhi, to produce the documents as listed in para 6 of the petition.

My attention has been drawn to the order dated 13.11.2019 wherein the learned Arbitrator has recorded the submission made on behalf of the petitioner herein about the summoning of the witness and no objection given by the respondent herein.

If that be so, dasti summons shall be issued for appearance of a competent officer of the EIH Ltd., 7 Sham Nath Marg, Delhi, along with records as enumerated in para 6 of the petition before the learned Arbitrator on 19th February, 2020, at 4:00 PM, Neeti Bagh Club, Neeti Bagh, New Delhi.

The petition stands disposed of.
