% 15.01.2020 This petition has been filed seeking transfer of Suit No.6753/2016 titled Munni Devi vs. Satish Kumar Jain & Anr. pending before the Court of the learned Civil Judge-I, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, to the Court hearing Civil Suit bearing No. 613886/16, titled as Satish Kumar Jain Vs. Brahm Parkash & Anr.

Admittedly, the Suit filed by the petitioner that is being sought to be transferred has been pending adjudication since 2007 and is at the stage of final arguments. Even the Suit filed by the respondents is pending adjudication since 2014 and is at the stage of recording evidence. In view of the above, I do not find any merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
