% 11.02.2016 Both the parties are present in Court in terms of the order dated 12th January, 2016.
The respondent has handed over the vacant and peaceful possession of the subject premises to the petitioner on 13th January, 2016. The respondent has also cleared the payment of the outstanding rent/damages and electricity dues in respect of the subject premises.
Learned counsel for the petitioner presses for litigation cost on account of the delay in handing over the possession of the subject premises by the respondent to the petitioner.
The respondent has paid litigation cost of Rs.3,000/- to the petitioner in cash in Court.
The contempt petition is disposed of in view of the handing over of the possession by the respondent to the petitioner. J.R. MIDHA, J.
