% 26.02.2024 Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 774/2021 under Sections 354/354A/354B/34 IPC registered at P.S.: Dwarka North and proceedings emanating therefrom.

Issue notice. Learned ASC for R-1/State appears on advance notice and accepts notice.

After partly addressing some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition with liberty to raise all the contentions on facts and law before the learned Trial Court at the stage of charge.

Taking the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner on record, the petition is accordingly, disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also disposed of.
