1. Counsel for judgment debtor submits that judgment debtor will pay the entire decretal amount as per the calculation sheet filed by decree holder, within three weeks from today.

2. Counsel for decree holder submits that he has no objection in the same and has shared the bank details of decree holder in which is to be made by judgment debtor. It is further submitted that the decree holder is accepting the said amount without prejudice to the outcome of an appeal which decree holder will be filing shortly against judgment dated 19.11.2025 passed in OMP (COMM.) 215/2022.
