Ms. Anamika Kashyap/respondent is present in Court. 2.

It is stated by Senior Counsel for respondent that, aside from the issue communicated in the letter dated 5th November 2024 to the petitioner, they are willing to give compassionate appointment to petitioner in compliance of orders of this Court dated 3rd October 2024 in W.P.(C) 7656/2023, as a special case.

It is also stated that it would require them to make a provision for this appointment as part of the policy, which currently does not allow for such an appointment.

Accordingly, on the basis of submission by Senior Counsel for respondent, the contempt petition is disposed of.
