The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No. 555/2024 dated 23.10.2024, registered at Police Station Jagat Puri, for the offences under Sections 115(2)/126(2)/333/324(4)/351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ('BNS').

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State at the outset, on instructions, states that the closure report has already been filed before the learned Trial Court which has since been accepted. He submits that at this stage no grievance remains. 3.
