This is an application filed by the petitioner and respondent Nos.2 and 3 under Order XXIII Rule 1 read with 151 CPC with the following prayer: "It is therefore respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly dispose off the present probate petition in terms of the settlement arrived between the Petitioner and Respondent nos.2 & 3, as mentioned in para no.3 above and or pass any other further order/ orders, which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case." 2.
