Though vide order dated 15.01.2020, a specific status report had been called for from the State qua the aspect of the ownership of the vehicle from which the alleged contraband was stated to have been recovered from the dash board of the vehicle and also qua previous adverse antecedents, if any, against the applicant, the said aspect is not detailed in the said status report which has been submitted for the day. It is submitted on behalf of the State that the aspect of the ownership of the vehicle is brought forth through the charge sheet itself indicating the ownership of the vehicle from which the alleged contraband is recovered which belongs to the co-accused named Arvind Yadav. It has further been submitted on behalf of the State that there are no previous adverse antecedents against the applicant.
