The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the FIR No. 574/2019 under Sections 308/341/34 of the IPC registered with PS Kalkaji and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, be quashed. 2.
The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. He is present in Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. Respondent no.3, who also claims to have suffered injuries as a victim of the incident, is present in Court and is identified by the IO. Respondent no.2 states that they have resolved all the disputes and differences with the petitioners in terms of a Settlement Deed dated 09.01.2020. They state that they have no grievances against the said petitioners and join the petitioners in praying that the present FIR in question be quashed.

The petitioners are present in Court and are identified by their counsel. They express their remorse to the said incident. They further state that they have resolved all the differences with the respondents. They also volunteer to pay a sum of ₹25,000/- each to the Delhi Police Martyrs' Fund within a period of two weeks from today.

In view of the statements made by the concerned parties, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition. Subject to the petitioners depositing the cost of ₹25,000/- each with the Delhi Police Martyrs Fund, FIR No. 574/2019 under Sections 308/341/34 of the IPC registered with PS Kalkaji and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed. 5.
The concerned parties (the petitioners and respondents nos. 2 and 3) shall sign this order as an acknowledgement of the statements recorded herein.

The petition is disposed of.
