Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing the FIR No.0550/2017 under Section 498A/406/34 of IPC registered at Police Station: Rajouri Garden.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that parties are in mediation.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that mediation settlement has been duly executed on 24.07.2025 and only the same has to be implemented.
