As per the communication received from Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, a mediation report is appended. Parties have settled the said matter by agreement dated 17.10.2023. The terms of the settlement are contained in paragraphs D (i) to (xiii) of the said agreement. The said agreement has been signed by the Authorised Signatory of the plaintiff as well as Mr. Tika Ram Goyal, Defendant No.2 and the proprietor of the defendant No.1.

Counsel appears on behalf of the plaintiff. Mr. Tika Ram Goyal is present through VC.

This Court has perused the terms of the settlement and finds that the same are lawful and acceptable. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement.
