Learned counsel for respondent No.3 accepts notice and has handed over the original registration car of Maruti Desire car No. DL 2C CAU 8794 to the petitioner. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has also handed over the transfer certificate in respect of the old car. Respondent No.3 on instructions from Mr. Surinder Singh, General Manager Sales present in Court agrees to pay Rs.50,000/- to the petitioner in full and final settlement within one week.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in view of the settlement between the parties.
