After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner, without prejudice to her rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present petition. She, however, submits that since the petitioner had never consented for grant of maintenance @ Rs. 7,000/- per month to his wife, she would move appropriate application before the concerned Trial Court. 2.
Be that as it may, in view of the above, present petition is disposed of as not pressed 3.
It will be entirely upto the petitioner to move any such application before the learned Judge, Family Court. If any such application is filed, learned Trial Court shall consider and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to both the sides. 4.
