The Petition under Section 482 CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.

173/2014 under Section 419/420/467/468/471/120B IPC, registered at Police Station Kotla Mubarikpur, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Petition be taken as quashing qua the petitioner and not of the complete FIR. There are serious allegations in the FIR under Section 419/420/467/468/471/120B IPC in regard to the forgery, impersonation.
