The petitioner/complainant de facto seeks setting aside of order dated 26.07.2025, whereby accused/respondent no.2 was granted bail by the learned trial court in case FIR No.469/2022 of PS Chhawla for offence under Section 302/307/323/324/34 IPC.

From paragraph 9 of the impugned bail order, it appears that the learned trial court granted bail on the basis of various factors, including grant of bail to co-accused Chandan Rai by this court. 3.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh in case bail granted to Chandan Rai by this court is set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, where petitioner is yet to file a petition. 4.

As requested, the petition and accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
