REVIEW PETITION 99/2020 & CM APPL.10868-69/2020 The present petition has been instituted on behalf of Mr. Manish L. Idnani seeking review of the judgment and order of this court dated 13.02.2020.

The petitioner, who appears in person along with his father Mr. Lalit Kumar Idnani, has been heard at length.

In our considered view, no cogent grounds qua the order dated 13.02.2020 have been made out so as to warrant interference in a review. W.P.(C) 536/2020 Page 1 of 2

The review petition is accordingly dismissed and disposed of accordingly. The pending application also stands disposed of. A copy of this order be uploaded on the website of this Court forthwith.
