Let the counter affidavit be placed on record. Rejoinder, if any, be filed before the next date of hearing. Learned Senior Counsel for the respondent submits that without prejudice to the contentions of the parties, permission may be granted to the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) to evaluate the bid of the petitioner, on other technical aspects to see whether its bid in that regard satisfies the stipulations in the NIT. The respondent may proceed to do so, however, this shall not in any way prejudice the parties' contentions. W.P.(C) 892/2019
