The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2024 (BNSS)/Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) seeking a stay of the operation of the two Execution Petition bearing nos.21461/2024 and 21471/2024, both titled as "Abhilasha Chauhan vs. Ankur Rajput" pending before learned Mahila Court-02, South West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi till the final disposal of the Appeal No.2262/2024 before the learned ASJ(FTC), South-West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi.

challenged the Order dated 25.10.2024, by way of an Appeal before the learned ASJ(FTC), South-West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, which is listed for 18.03.2025 and he seeks liberty to address arguments before the said Court on stay on 18.03.2025. 3.

Liberty is granted.

The learned counsel further submits that accordingly, nothing more survives in the present petition.
